DC motors with integrated drives

08 July, 2008

The GR53 and GR63 motors from Dunkermotoren are cost-effective DC commutator motors with comprehensive digital electronic regulation and control.

Brushless DC motors

08 July, 2008

The GR 22, G 30.1 and G 30.0 motors are now available in versions with neodymium magnets. Compared with the basic version of the motors with ferrite magnets, they offer up to 30% higher starting torque. The speed characteristic of these motors under load is marked by a flatter characteristic curve and thus smaller variations in speed.

Dunkermotoren brushless DC servomotors

08 July, 2008

Dunkermotoren has released the BG 42, an optimised brushless DC-motor with Hall sensors and flying leads as well as the brushless DC servomotor BG 45 with integrated power and logic electronics. They provide output power up to 75 W and torque up to 16 Ncm.

Stepper motors

08 July, 2008

The EMMS-ST range of stepper motors supplements the CMMS-ST range of drives.

Brushless DC servomotors

08 July, 2008

The elctromechanically commutated Smartshell DC micromotors from Faulhaber are made with an all-in-one design concept — lamination stack, coil and PCB combined in a single-moulded injection — which provides the motors with a robust housing. The rotor consists of a permanent NdFeB magnet fitted onto a through shaft supported by preloaded ball bearings.

NZ motor company going global

22 January, 2008

“This agreement is significant as Wellington’s technology will be in products available through an established, global sales organisation,” WDT managing director Ross Green said.

Flexible shaft couplings

23 January, 2007

The Reli-a-Flex flexible shaft coupling is suitable for high integrity, high reliability, accurate positioning applications.

Micro-motor

06 February, 2006

The DC-Micro-motor series 1024 with NdFeB magnets achieves a stall torque of 2.89 mNm and speeds of up to 14,700 rpm.
