The DC-Micro-motor series 1024 with NdFeB magnets achieves a stall torque of 2.89 mNm and speeds of up to 14,700 rpm.

The external motor diameter is 10 mm and the length 24 mm. The precious metal commutation with its low contact resistance features low starting voltage, even after extended standstill periods. The 1 mm diameter motor shaft ensures high rotational stability. A design feature is the placement of the rear bearing in the stator instead of the brush cover. The housing is black coated to provide optimum heat dissipation.

The motors can be combined with numerous planetary and spur gear heads with diameters of 10 and 12 mm, thereby increasing the available torque up to 450 mNm. The encoders available for this range in combination with the micro-motors allow a precise control of speed and direction of rotation as well as the positioning of the drive shaft.
