Quick jet nozzles

The QuickJet nozzles from Spraying Systems are suited to tasks such as conveyor and tank cleaning and other applications requiring the delivery of medium-size droplet foams. The QuickJet nozzles provide a rounded-edge spray pattern and are suited to providing an even coverage in headers and manifolds. Typical spray angles of 40 and 80° can be chosen with the aspiration holes closed, or 75 and 105° if spraying water with the addition of a foaming agent. Delivery flow rates are selectable with values ranging from 0.59 to 4.1 L/m depending on operation pressures which can be as high as 0.5 MPa (5 bar). The QuickJet nozzles are supplied in Celcon with stainless steel internal orifice The nozzles are installed with a quarter-turn automatic alignment.
