The Fluke 719 electric pressure calibrators are high-performance, lightweight devices featuring a built-in electric pressure pump that makes it possible to quickly calibrate and test pressure devices with one hand.
Process technicians, plant maintenance technicians and instrument technicians who do pressure calibration work often use manual pumps to pressurise transmitters and gauges. This requires the use of two hands: one to pump and one to hold the pressure calibrator. With its built-in, battery-powered pump controlled by a thumb button, the Fluke 719 electric pressure calibrator is more convenient, faster and easier to use.
The electric pump can be programmed to set target pressures or limit pressure to eliminate over pressurisation. It is designed to perform 5000 pump cycles between rebuilds and it has a cleanout port to make it easier to service on site. The cleanout port minimises pump failures caused by accidental exposure to contaminating fluids.
The Fluke 719 electric pressure calibrator weighs 992 g and operates on two 9 V alkaline batteries. Its ergonomic design is based on input from users and it has been thoroughly field tested.
Precision measurement uncertainty of the Fluke 719 pressure calibrator is 0.025%. The device can measure and source mA with 0.015% accuracy, simultaneously measure pressure and source mA to test valves and I/Ps, and simulate mA signals to troubleshoot 4-20 mA control loops.
There are two models available — the Fluke 719 30G, with a pressure range of -12 to 30 psi (-850 mbar to 2 bar) and the Fluke 719 100G, with a range of -12 to 100 psi (-850 mbar to 7 bar).
