Endress+Hauser has enhanced the performance of its radar level measurement range.
Since radar level measurement first appeared on the market two decades ago, its capabilities have evolved significantly, making it suitable for the measurement of both liquids and solids in a diverse range of applications.
And as radar level technology moved into new applications, it created a need for different transmission frequencies combined with antennas of various size, shape and material. Endress+Hauser has developed a very broad range of frequency and antenna combinations to assist in selecting the correct radar level technology for the application with an optimal cost to performance ratio.
In most cases, the correct choice of frequency and antenna will ensure easy set-up and reliable operation. In some difficult applications, process dynamics like foam, agitators, spray-ball cleaning, condensation and product build-up affect the system’s signal interpretation. Endress+Hauser’s PulseMaster eXact technology has improved the performance of the company’s Micropilot radars by up to 35 dB, making measurements in these difficult applications more reliable.
