Elmo’s analog servo drives, the Dragonfly, Butterfly, Robin, Condor, Canary and Raven, use a low-voltage DC input and are built to military standards for extreme environmental conditions including, but not limited to, vibration, temperature and altitude.

They are current mode pulse width modulated servo amplifiers for brush and brushless motors. The ExtrIQ analog amplifiers are highly durable and capable of operating under extreme environmental conditions.

Each amplifier series is claimed to exhibit high servo performance, efficiency, high quality and reliability. Elmo’s proprietary switching and control methods are enabled by fully customised dedicated ICs and advanced heat transfer and dissipation. Elmo also has a range of digital servo drives for the same extreme environments.
