Safety products catalogue

Treotham Automation’s 36-page safety products catalogue gives process and manufacturing industry professionals access to the company’s range of safety products to enable them to create a safe and secure workplace.

The catalogue covers the full range of safety products in a clear and logical manner, starting with relays (safety relays, safety mat relays, time delay relays and two hand relays). Expander modules, PNOZ Multi and Samos Pro products follow.

Samos Pro consists of the safe SP-SCON controller with integrated programming/diagnostic interface and a series of safe SP-SDIO or SP-DI I/O modules. Appropriate gateways permit communication with fieldbuses or ethernet networks. Programming is simple and intuitive with the Samos Plan graphic programming interface, using a wide variety of safe function blocks. An exchangeable program memory (Samos Memory) is all part of the system. Samos Pro products satisfy category 4 (EN954-1), performance level PL e ISO 13849-1 SIL 3 (EN62061).

Other product groups covered in the catalogue include safe standstill and timer relays, emergency stops, magnetic coded sensors and RF sensors. Mechanical interlocks, solenoid locking switches, foot switches, two-hand stations and safety scanners are also included.

For robotic material handling and similar applications, the catalogue also offers systems such as stack light and bump strips, enable switch and rope pull switches, light curtains and power supplies, and output devices and fixed guarding products.
