Ultrasonic cleaning baths

Elma produces a range of ultrasonic cleaning baths ranging from 0.8 to 90 L capacity.

Ultrasonic cleaning is suited to situations where conventional methods are ineffective or could damage the items being cleaned.

Cleaning is achieved by means of mechanical vibration created by spread-beam sandwich transducer technology. This design enables efficient cleaning and allows for continuous operation if required.

The units are robust, safe and effective, the housings and tanks being constructed of high quality stainless steel. All models are manufactured in Germany and conform to CE standards. The range includes both analog and digital units with or without variable heating, and degassing.

The latest addition to the range is the Portable Elmasonic unit, with a tank capacity of 0.9 L and weighing 1.6 kg. Cleaning solutions and accessories are also available from Elma.
