The Stauff Tube Manipulation Centre provides services for bending of both metric and imperial seamless tubing for metric sizes 6 through to 42 mm and imperial sizes ¼ through to 2".
Tube fitting technology offered includes pre-assembly of DIN 2353 fittings, flared fittings and end forming by the Stauff Form method.
The test facility provides: flowmeter testing and calibration service offered on its versatile test rig with flowmeters traceable to national standards; pressure gauge testing and calibration check; inspection repair and refurbishment service; design and drafting services with custom filter cart designs available with assembly and detailed drawings to suit user requirements; filter canister private labelling service; and light fabrication and welding services.
