Checkpoint Meto's automatic labelling system is known as the METO Pneumatic Labelling Hand Tool.
It is available in five different models, in both a one and two line option, allowing for differing label and print sizes. The labelling kit allows for installation to an existing conveyor belt. Products passing by on a conveyor belt trigger the whisker valve, which in turn activates the pneumatic tool to label the product.
The pneumatic tool is suitable for all types of environments, and can be used manually or fixed to a production line. The tool only requires an air supply to activate it, making it suitable for highly flammable areas as no power is needed to operate it.
The tool is lightweight and versatile, so it can be placed under, on either side or on top of the conveyer belt, depending on product requirements. Once the tool has been mounted to the conveyer belt and connected to an air supply, it is ready to use.
