Pallet weigher

The PW-12 pallet weigher has been designed to assist all logistical applications that are constantly requiring accurate individual or total pallet weights, on the move.

The PW-12 offers on-the-spot accurate weighing, eliminating the time-consuming double handling of a normal floor-mounted pallet scale.

The pallet weigher has been built around the Crown PTH Series hand pallet trucks and developed for industrial applications to be resistant to shocks and vibrations. With a lowered fork height of 80 mm and inside fork spread of 365 mm, the PW-12 allows easy pallet entry and exit on all standard pallets.

Designed with a large 27 mm, high-contrast LCD, the LED back lighting enables the weight display to be easily read in all lighting conditions.

Provided with a programmable sleepmode for both the backlight and display, a minimum of 30 hours continuous use can be achieved from the rechargeable battery. Alternatively, an additional optional rechargeable battery can be supplied to avoid downtime during battery recharging.

Besides being able to display net, gross and tare weights to a maximum weight of 2000 kg, the PW-12 has a programmable key function which can be set to either totalising, counting, live weight, peak hold or lb/kg weighing modes.

For any damp or wet environments the PW-12 can also be offered with a galvanised Crown PTH Series hand pallet truck. Other options include handbrake, quicklift, overload valve or additional rechargeable battery.
