Pallet handling systems

ICA has developed a range of pallet handling systems to increase handling efficiencies within the warehouse and manufacturing environments.

The range includes belt conveyors, elevators and lowerators, pallet conveyors, slat chain conveyors, ball transfer tables as well as pallet stackers and dispensers.

The complete system has been designed with sophisticated CAD equipment and all associated engineering, electrical and other mechanical aspects are then implemented for the specific application.

For multilane palletising, a fully automated robotic system can service multiple lines of product with rollers and 90° chain transfers.

ICA's automatic pallet dispensers are efficient and flexible modular units that dispense single pallets on demand to outfeed conveyors or onto AGVs. The company's pallet chain conveyors transfer product throughout the plant and are capable of 90° transfers, pallet accumulation and can be supplied with filling and weighing stations and pallet turntables.
