InterlinkBT a provider of bus network products and services, has published a catalogue that gives a line of network products for DeviceNet, Profibus-DP, and industrial ethernet.

Advanced I/O Modules (AIM) is the culmination of InterlinkBT's focused dedication to the idea of connectorised I/O stations. AIM modules consist of two family styles. The standard (SE) style stations provide diagnostic information that is simply not available using traditional PLC I/O cards.

This includes group sensor power supply over current indication and individual output short circuit indication. The deluxe (LX) style stations provide an even higher level of diagnostics. These stations indicate if an individual input or output point is shorted, open, or working correctly.
