NHP has announced the Sprecher+Schuh CET5 Motor Protection Relay.
Featuring SuperVision functionality, it provides advanced motor protection solutions with power monitoring and communication capabilities. The accurate thermal modelling of CET5 results in maximum motor output without risk to the installation, making it suitable for low and medium voltage motors.
Designed for critical drives, CET5 provides several option cards to fulfil the requirements of most applications, including: voltage card for power and voltage monitoring; Modbus, DeviceNet and remote I/O cards for communication; and RTD scanner module for the temperature monitoring of up to 12 RTDs.
CET5's versatility is evident in its ability to retro-fit to current applications. Its modular pluggable options and accessories, CWE 4 current converter connection and its networkability for integration into automation systems further enhance CET5's adaptability.
