Backplane Systems Technology has released the Aurora Series of 19" Rackmount LCD TFT Monitors. These monitors are available in 15" 6U Rackmount and 17" 8U Rackmount sized LCD monitors.
The series has been designed to provide users with a clear monitoring device that is compatible with any standard 19" rack. The housing is constructed with heavy-duty steel with an aluminium front bezel to provide maximum protection for the LCD panel.
The LCD features a wide viewing angle, a resolution of 1024 x 768 and a 250 nit brightness from four CCFL backlight lamps for good display quality.
The unit connects to a PC via VGA, composite S-video or video interface. This server also features analog-to-digital conversion plus NTSC/PAL/SECAM video decoding.
In addition, these monitors are equipped with on-screen display controls, allowing the user to adjust the display image to suit the ambient light.
The Aurora Series can be mounted in such applications as a control room, manufacturing floor or operating room.
