Heavy-duty multimach valve assembly

The Metal Work Heavy Duty Multimach (HDM) is suitable for applications requiring performance, flexibility and modularity.

Each valve is enclosed in a technopolymer shell that acts as a shock absorber and prevents the infiltration of dirt. The valves are housed in an aluminium body for reliability, long service life and to withstand heavy industrial use.

Different valve sizes can be combined in the one assembly to provide flow rates up to 800 L per minute (ΔP 1bar) and with integral fittings for Ø4, Ø6 or Ø8 mm tubing.

Adding or changing a valve only involves loosening two or four screws, making modifications quick and simple. Electrical connections are by means of gold plated contacts on an electronic circuit board.

The electrical connection to the valves can be via a 25-pin Sub D connector or various 2-wire protocols such as AS-i, ProfiBus DP, InterBus S, Device Net and Can Open to cover most industrial applications.
