Digital label printing

Hally Labels has installed an HP Digital Offset label press. This printing technology works without printing plates and directly from art files. Without the high cost of film work and printing plates, shorter print runs with complex designs are affordable.

The benefits of this are immediate and will result in faster response times, reduced set-up costs, minimal waste, new levels of personalisation, greater flexibility and more choice.

Without restrictions, the Hally Digital solution can produce 100 or 100,000 labels. Each of these labels could be unique, with its own promotional message, brand, graphic, text or bar code.

This is achieved without plates and managed as part of a digital workflow that provides proofs that truly depict the finished label.

The label press offers a 7-colour process print capability, across a wide range of materials, with the ability to add over gloss and/or foil embellishment.
