Aerators/diffusers

The Rehau pipe aerator uses a polypropylene support pipe covered by a tubular silicone rubber membrane, perforated to special parameters.

Raubioxon aerators have been developed for fine bubble aeration of wastewater in the microbiological treatment process. They can be used in continuous and intermittent operations.

Advantages of membrane include: permanently, highly elastic silicone rubber, does not shrink; temperature resistance, -60 to over 200°C; no plasticiser hence no embrittlement; little affinity for deposits, no encrustation; high resistance to oil and fat, high chemical resistance; does not result in slot blockage; and inorganic material.

The aerators can be installed without having to modify or exchange existing airheaders.

In addition, Rehau offers computer design data for new plants and refurbishments, manufacture of airheader pipe systems, installation of airheader pipes and aerators, airblowers and oxygen transfer testing to ASCE.
