ZI-Argus Acquires Controlsoft Pty Ltd

Controlsoft Pty Ltd, one of Australia's leading industrial automation and control system engineering companies and headquartered in Melbourne, has been acquired by ZI-Argus, a member of the Zuellig Industrial Group.

The acquisition expands the geographical reach of ZI-Argus and will enable it to bring its range of high-end process control and industrial automation solutions to customers in Australia and New Zealand while growing local know-how and support.

Founded in 1989, Controlsoft is known for providing innovative technology-based industrial automation solutions. The company has strong and proven capabilities to implement turnkey process control systems using the latest technology, methodologies and design tools.

"The acquisition by ZI-Argus will open a wide range of additional know-how and experience to Controlsoft and enable us to take a significant lead in our industry," said Karl Grimm, managing director at Controlsoft.
