Yokogawa in Adelaide
Monday, 26 December, 2005
Industrial instrumentation specialist Yokogawa Australia has announced plans to establish a standalone sales and service facility in Adelaide to support and strengthen business development activities in South Australia and the Northern Territory.
The new office will give Yokogawa a presence in all mainland capital cities.
Announcing the new office, Yokogawa Australia product sales and marketing director Russell Palmer said the existing commercial arrangements with Adelaide-based Mayfield Engineering will remain in place on a non-exclusive basis.
"The significant infrastructure at Mayfield Engineering will continue to support the Yokogawa product range and their Industrial Products Group will continue to commit the necessary resources to retain and maintain the strong business and personal relationships the two companies have built up," Mr Palmer said.
He said that both companies are committed to developing and supporting the South Australian and Northern Territory markets and the new office will work closely with Mayfield Engineering personnel to achieve that goal.
