Transmark Fcx expands

Transmark has acquired FCX Australia & New Zealand and formed Transmark Fcx. The Australian and New Zealand operations represent a new regional footprint for the parent company and a significant portion of the €210 million global business. Customers have witnessed rebranding of the company from Pegler Hattersley, to Pegler Beacon, to FCX Australia and FCX New Zealand and recently, to Transmark Fcx. The company distributes valves, actuators, field instrumentation and specialty flow control products.
