Wonderware InTouch 9.0 software from Invensys has received top honours from Frost & Sullivan for its innovative technology features.
Wonderware's InTouch human-machine interface (HMI) software received the industry research firm's product innovation award. Frost & Sullivan recognised InTouch 9.0 software for its use of Wonderware SmartSymbols, which reduce the time spent creating, modifying, validating and re-validating applications while increasing engineering productivity and application flexibility.
The award is presented annually to the company that has demonstrated excellence within its industry by offering new products and technology that exemplify technological innovation, significance to the industry, competitive advantage and industry acceptance.
