President appointed

Paulett Eberhart has been appointed CEO and president of Invensys'''' Process Systems division headquartered in Foxboro, Massachusetts.

Ken Brown, who has served as acting president of Invensys Process Systems since June 28th, 2006, will re-assume his position as general manager of the divisions'''' Measurements & Instruments business unit.

"Our customers in industrial automation are increasingly seeking solutions and services that improve the efficiency and safety of their operations and - with the recent launch of our asset performance management strategy - we have been adapting our business model to ensure that we address these needs. Paulett has been very successful in growing similar businesses within EDS and I know that she is looking forward to the challenge of leveraging the significant opportunities which have been created within Invensys Process Systems," Ulf Henriksson, chief executive of Invensys, said.
