Sunday, 09 December, 2007
Pacific Hydraulics has acquired the Fluid Power business of Engineered Products Group (EPG).
Formed in 1990, Pacific Hydraulics has a strong presence in the Queensland market and is one of the most significant, privately owned hydraulic sales and service providers in the country.
The acquisition of EPG’s Fluid Power business will see Pacific Hydraulics develop a national network of branches, emphasising their commitment to becoming a premier fluid power sales and service business.
Over the coming 12 months, the company intends to expand its products, capabilities and service. This includes enhanced on-site service capabilities, adding industrial product to the product range and introducing a national hose and fittings business.
