Lawson Software, a global provider of enterprise software applications, has appointed Stephen Moore as the new vice-president of its Australia and New Zealand operations.
Moore formally joined Lawson on 4 December and is focused on driving growth and development in the region as part of Lawson's strategy for global expansion.
"Stephen comes to us with an impressive, highly respected track record of driving growth in a number of leading Asia-Pacific IT organisations," said Harry Debes, Lawson president and chief executive officer.
"He also has a deep working knowledge of many business markets across the region."
Lawson sees the ANZ market as an important growth region and expects Moore's experience in the IT sector to be a valuable asset in maximising the company's opportunities in the market.
