GHD acquires Leddy Sergiacomi

International professional services company, GHD has strengthened its Queensland presence with the acquisition of local engineering and environmental consultancy Leddy Sergiacomi & Associates (LSA).
"With more than 75 staff joining us, and their offices in Bundaberg, Hervey Bay, Gympie, Caloundra and Spring Hill which GHD will maintain, the integration of LSA will help to create a strong presence with a broad scale and breadth of operations, which will significantly benefit our clients," South Queensland operating centre manager, John Baird said.
"Growing our operations in Queensland is a strategic move that will allow us to more effectively compete in this developing region and enhance our reputation as a major project deliverer."
