Company splits
Tuesday, 09 January, 2007
As the result of a detailed strategic review of the various business units within the company, Crisp Technologies has decided to split into two separate organisations to better focus on specific business areas.
It has now formed CrispTech Pty Ltd, which is focused solely on the value-added sales and distribution of industrial communications products. The systems integration and engineering division will now trade separately as Crisp Power and Control Pty Ltd.
Crisp Technologies Pty Ltd will remain as a management company providing financial and administrative services to all members of the Crisp Group of companies.
The team at Crisp Technologies Pty Ltd claims the split will enable the new companies to focus on their respective core markets and strengths.
All address and contact details will remain the same.
