Calibration Services acquires QTC

The former director of Queensland Traceable Calibrations (QTC) will join Calibration Services (CS) "“ an associate company of Scale Components "“ following its acquisition of QTC.

Ian Fleming, managing director of Scale Components, said the QTC acquisition is in line with the overall strategy of the group to bring CS a step closer to becoming the leading supplier of calibration, test and measurement equipment in Australia.

"Nick Shertock, formerly the director of QTC, has extensive experience and expertise in this field and will join Calibration Services as a key employee to ensure the high level of quality services provided will continue.

"Nick will provide support to our service manager, Stephen Cawdron and his team to ensure current and future customer and corporate expectations are met," Fleming said.
