Acquisition of Gas Analysis Systems Australia

Sick Pty Ltd Australia, the wholly owned subsidiary of Sick AG Germany, has purchased the business of Gas Analysis Systems Australia Pty Ltd, previously Maihak Australia Pty Ltd.

Robert Cox, engineering manager, and Keith Nicholls, service manager, will move from their previous positions to concurrent positions within Sick Pty Ltd Australia.

Peter Johnson, product sales manager for the Sick Maihak Sales Division, will manage the division which will incorporate the sales from the Sick Maihak Division of Sick AG Germany and the previous business of Gas Analysis Systems Australia Pty Ltd, being the production and service of gas analyser monitoring systems.
