Schneider Electric MachineStruxure automation software solution

Schneider Electric has launched MachineStruxure, an automation offer designed to give OEMs the ability to engineer an entire machine from one software package - creating time, cost and energy efficiencies. It is based on flexible hardware platforms and a comprehensive single software suite, SoMachine, which simplifies programming and commissioning of the machine by building all the required elements into one software environment.

MachineStruxure solutions are tested, validated and documented and give the ability to deliver up to 50% savings in design and installation time. It is designed to help OEMs develop their business by providing better performing machines, and increase their profitability by reducing the overall cost of the machine and time to market.

MachineStruxure is part of Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure energy management architecture portfolio. EcoStruxure connects five domains of business expertise - power, data centres, process and machines, building control and physical security - within an open technology architecture that can help deliver up to 30% savings in energy efficiency.

Developed for all types of standard or specific applications, MachineStruxure is relevant to most major applications including crushing, conveying, hoisting, pumping, standby power generation, heating, venting and air conditioning.
