Valve sensor target pucks

Thursday, 30 July, 2009 | Supplied by: Turck Australia Pty Ltd

Turck has announced target pucks for its DSU35 valve sensor series, which feature large targets to expedite and simplify sensing adjustments - ensuring accurate valve position data.

DSU35 sensors monitor valve position via pneumatic rotary actuators, and then provide electronic feedback indicating an open or closed position. A fully adjustable target puck is placed over the actuator stem and features interlocking teeth for accurate positioning, as well as providing vibration resistance.

In addition to the target puck, new dome and cover accessories for the DSU35 valve sensor series are also available. A dome may be placed over the puck to provide highly visible indication of the valve's current position. Domes are available in two colour schemes: red and green or yellow and black. An optional cover is also available, which aids in protecting the puck from debris or spills in the application environment.
