Temperature controllers with ladder logic

The UTAdvanced is a digital indicating controller with a sequence control function, which offers greatly improved measurement, display, operation, control and networking functions. It also eliminates the need for peripheral devices and associated wiring.

The UTAdvanced takes PID control and combines it with a standard embedded ladder sequence control. The UTAdvanced supports 84 ladder commands, 24 DIO points, four analog inputs and three analog outputs, and allows up to 400 ladder steps to be programmed and run together with the PID control.

The PLC capability allows those who are using a temperature controller along with mini/micro PLC in an application to obtain the same control functionality in one package at the cost of just the temperature controller.

The UTAdvanced has a high-intensity colour LCD, an easy-to-use interface, full text scrolling configuration prompts, three configuration levels and user-defined function keys all packaged in a compact design.

The communication platforms include ethernet, Profibus-DP and RS485, which support Modbus/TCP, Modbus RTU, peer-to-peer and master/slave protocols.
