Pulsafeeder PulsaPro 900 process and metering pump

Pulsafeeder PulsaPro 900 is a hydraulic diaphragm process and metering pump specifically developed for applications such as the oil and gas, chemical, and petrochemical industries.

Designed to support higher flows and pressures, the pump can handle flows up to 62,000 L/h, standard pressures to 300 bar (4350 psi) and future design capabilities to 1000 bar (15,000 psi). The pump is precise and accurate up to ±0.5%. It can handle process temperatures from -73 to 260°C with standard viscosities to 3000 cps. Engineered or custom configurations are also available.

Modular in design, motors can be mounted either vertically or horizontally on the unit and the gearbox is available in five different configurations from a simplex configuration up to a quadruplex. The pump comes equipped with the Hydraulic Diagnostic Package which both protects the pump from damaging operation forces and presents a visual indication of pump performance.

The manual stroke adjustment is engineered to be simple to read and operate. The fluorocarbon-lined reagent head option provides good corrosion resistance.

Multiple packaged levels of ‘Keep On Pumping’ or KOPkits are available for performing routine maintenance.
