Pressure safety valve testing

The Crystal XP2i digital test gauge is a rugged, intrinsically safe, high accuracy ±0.1% of reading between 20-100%, ±0.02% from 0-20% of full scale. It has data logging capabilities and is temperature compensated between -10 to 50°C.

The test gauges are available with a pressure safety valve testing option (PSV). This changes the Xp2i from its normal reading mode of three readings/s to 7.2 readings/s and will capture the opening and reseating pressures of the valves on the peak high and low displays.

The accuracy of the units is not degraded by rapid pressure frequencies and they will withstand overpressures from 1.5 to 6.5 times their range.
