The Pulsafeeder Eclipse nonmetallic magnetic drive pump is suitable for low flow operations where centrifugal pumps perform inefficiently and can experience cavitation, increased radial loads and unstable flow.
The pump allows for 30 mins of safe dry run. Dry run occurs during system upset conditions where a suction valve has been shut or supply tank emptied. It can be rebuilt by a novice in less than 5 mins and has 16 replaceable parts there are no retaining rings, shaft keys, mag keys, wear plates or locating pins.
The Eclipse pump has universal motor adapters and universal flange connections. The wet end is made from TEFCEL, a teflon carbon composite impervious to most chemicals.
