Modular filter components

The Excelon Pro 92 series FRL is suitable for use in a wide variety of applications, due to its flexibility and simplicity. Consisting of a basic number of products, selection is easy and it can be assembled without any tools at point of use. All the installer needs to do is select the desired FRL combination, insert the connector and twist to connect them together. It takes only seconds to assemble a fully functioning FRL without the need to search through the toolbox. With integrated push-in fittings, which help minimise leak paths, all that then needs to be done is mount, push in the pipes and turn on the air.

The Excelon Pro 92 series includes a general-purpose filter which is available with a ¼ turn manual or automatic drain, and a coalescing filter which includes a pressure drop indicator and automatic drain as standard. The Excelon Pro series also has a standard regulator featuring a built-in pressure gauge with both bar and psig ranges and a second filter/regulator which includes all the features of the standard regulator and filter in one unit. The Excelon Pro 92 series also includes an oil fog lubricator best suited to point-of-use applications. Other products in the range include a shut-off valve and a porting block.

Manufactured from a lightweight composite material, the Excelon Pro series is compact, offering savings in footprint sizes and installation space.
