Hydraulically actuated diaphragm pump

Wednesday, 12 March, 2008 | Supplied by: Williams Instruments Inc

Williams and Milton Roy have combined technologies to design a pump, blending the mRoy hydraulic bypass diaphragm design with the Williams V series pump. The result is the low volume, high turndown characteristics of a pneumatic drive coupled with the chemical containment and high pressure capabilities of a hydraulically actuated diaphragm.

The WilRoy is a hydraulically actuated diaphragm pump which delivers chemical containment, low maintenance and overpressurisation protection with accuracy and repeatability.

The pump is available with a choice of either a 0.25 or a 0.5"ger. Other features include: 316 SS exposure, integral relief valve, maintenance-free hydraulic system, two sizes in one housing - field reconfigurable, compact size for ease of installation, centralised design for ease of maintenance and operation, Gylon diaphragm for diverse compatibility and optimum chemical containment.
