Gems Sensors & Controls K Series inert isolation solenoid valves

Gems Sensors & Controls has announced the K Series range of inert isolation solenoid valves. Constructed from chemically inert materials such as PTFE, ETFE, EPDM, FKM, FFKM, PEEK, PPS and PSU, the series is designed for any application requiring various levels of chemical resistance or sample purity. Liquid chromatography, gas analysis and water quality testing are example applications.

Offered in multiple body sizes, port configurations, wetted body and diaphragm materials, the series is a modular platform of direct-acting round-bodied solenoid valves. The line of inert valves is comprised of three groups. The KS Series are two-way valves with a maximum opening pressure differential (MOPD) of 20 psig (137 kPa). The KM/KL Series are available in two-way and three-way directional configurations, with MOPDs up to 30 psig (206 kPa) and the KV/KW Series offer two-way and three-way directional configurations, with MOPDs up to 20 psig (206 kPa).
