Champion Compressors has introduced its Enviro range - a series of environmentally friendly cost-efficient air compressors. Complementing Champion’s comprehensive range of rotary screw compressors, the compact tank-mounted Enviro series delivers reliable compressor performance, while providing a number of built-in EH&S features.
The Enviro range is factory fitted with Sullube biodegradable fluid, which exhibits a life up to eight times that of conventional mineral compressor oils, and which means less frequent servicing downtime and less waste fluid to dispose of.
The biodegradable formula allows for easier and cheaper disposal with a greatly reduced environmental impact. The Enviro further benefits from full internal safety guarding and a built-in fluid spill tray.
It also features a MEPS2-compliant motor which delivers increased energy efficiency.
The Enviro range comprises two models - the CS11E and the CS15E. The CS11E model has an 11 kW output, with working pressures from 8-10 bar, delivered at rates up to 30 L/s. The larger CS15E variant has a 15 kW output, with working pressures from 8-10 bar, delivered at rates up to 38 L/s.
