The Breathing Air Unit for compressed air is purpose designed and built to be used for the supply of high-quality, filtered and regulated breathing air to industrial breathing respirators and masks.

A three-stage filtration system, comprising a combination pressure regulator/pre-filter plus oil and odour removal filters, provides filtered air down to 0.01 particle removal. The activated carbon pack assists in the removal of hydrocarbon gases and odours, maximum remaining oil content at 21 °C is down to a compliant 0.003 ppm.

The air quality meets ISO 8573-1 Class 1.7.1 and is use in a wide range of industrial and workshop applications. It offers protection from fumes or particulates and contributes to the effective management of OHS issues.

From foundries to mines to paint spray booths, the unit is available in two thread sizes, either 3/8" BSP or ½" BSP, with flow rates up to 2500 L/min.
