The Bervina endless polyurethane toothed belts are manufactured for special applications. All belts are one-piece moulded, with a variety of coatings and reinforcing. The belts are used in linear drive mechanisms in packaging, sorting, forming and are often found in food manufacturing and processing machines.
The polyurethane belts have a tough outer coating which is useful in gripping abrasive products. Silicon-covered belts have a thick outer coating with high-friction coefficient. The belts have a long life and good chemical resistance.
Moulded belts are also available with holes for vacuum transmission or cleats for gripping products.
Silicon belts are used for high-temperature cooking and heat treatment of products.
