Imaje has added a new system to its Imaje 2000 Series product line. Imaje 2000 Pallet is suitable for pallet identification in accordance with GS1 specifications and guidelines. Having incorporated the Imaje 2000 Series most recent breakthroughs, the Imaje 2000 Pallet has been specifically designed for pallet identification.

Imaje 2000 Pallet prints and applies labels to comply with the GS1 label requirements standards: DIN A5 portrait format, UCC/EAN128 bar codes, unique pallet identification number (SSCC), article code, expiration date, batch number, quantity, etc. Labels may be applied on two adjacent sides of the pallet in 20 s. A high-speed interface for quick download of information to print increases efficiency, while easy network integration via an ethernet port allows management and configuration of the entire installed base using one computer.

The floor stand and docking station are fixed to the ground, reducing tipping risks and guaranteeing constant label positioning. Different label positioning on a pallet is achieved using either a right- or left-handed applicator. The emergency stop button is easy to find and the applicator automatically shuts off if misused.
