Amalgamated Instrument TP4-WT4 load cell monitor

The TP4-WT4 monitor is designed to be suitable for silo weighting/contents display, weighbridges or other applications where multiple load cells or pressure transducers are used. The TP4-WT4 accepts up to four independent inputs from load cells, pressure transducers or other strain bridge transducers. Each channel can be individually calibrated.

The monitor can be configured to run in ‘arithmetic’ mode or ‘scan’ mode. Arithmetic mode sums the active channels and the display shows the result. Each active channel can be displayed by using the arrow buttons on the front panel. Scan mode cycles through the active channels. The scan rate can be configured by the user.

The TP4-WT4 has four setpoint relays as standard. The relays can be configured to meet a wide range of alarm or control requirements. Analog transmission (4-20 mA) and RS232 serial communications are also standard with the TP4-WT4, and a data-logging option is also available with Windows compatible software. This option offers real-time data streaming and data logging for later download.

The TP4-WT4 is housed in a rugged IP65-rated, wall-mounted enclosure. A panel mounting kit is available as an option.
