Innovative Conveying Systems International has taken out the 2008 Australian Bulk Handling Award for excellence in transport and conveying.

The company’s ICS belt system was recognised as an innovative solution that has boosted performance, reliability and efficiency in conveying and transport systems.

The ICS is an enclosed belt conveyor system designed to handle large materials. According to the company, the system is able to transport a wide range of materials around tight curves, up steep inclines and over long distances, and is ideal for applications requiring a flexible and efficient solution.

The award was presented at the third annual Australian Bulk Handling Awards at Doltone House in Sydney on 26 November 2008.
