Keller LEO 5 digital manometer

Tuesday, 13 August, 2019 | Supplied by: Bestech Australia Pty Ltd

The Keller LEO 5 is designed for the monitoring of pressure peaks in the water industry. It features an IP66-rated stainless steel enclosure with a large backlit LCD. The robust housing contains contemporary microcontroller electronics and capacitive touch controls that are operated through the environmentally sealed safety glass front panel.

With two available measurement modes, Standard and Peak, the product supports a wide range of applications. It can measure up to 5000 samples/s when operated in Peak mode to capture sudden spikes in pressure. The data are sampled with 16-bit resolution.

The unit allows easy connection to a PC via a USB interface. This allows data to be recorded in real time so that operators can quickly spot abnormalities, if present. An optional Bluetooth interface is available for measurements in inaccessible areas. Future developments will include the integration of LoRa technology for IoT applications.

The device supports a pressure range of 0–1000 bar, with 0.05% standard accuracy.
