The Kuka KR5 sixx CR cleanroom robot features a 5 kg payload and is available in two versions: the KR5 sixx R650 CR with 650 mm reach and the KR5 sixx R850 CR with 850 mm reach. Both are compact, high-speed robots that meet ISO Class 3 requirements and are double foil packed under cleanroom conditions.

The KR1000 1300 PA Titan is a 1300 kg palletising robot. It features a high palletising speed and acceleration values; large effective workspace; and is available with palletising accessories such as floor tracks, palletising software, conveyor interface, etc.

This robot is suited to industries such as food and beverage where handling large and heavy objects is a constant challenge.

The KL3000 linear floor track is designed especially to accommodate the KR1000 Titan robots. It can accommodate two robot carriages. The track and drag chain are completely covered and the carriages are powered by one servomotor with helical gearing as standard. The carriage speed is up to 1.45 m/s.

One Kuka robot can, for example, serve two machines which are some distance apart.
