Micro-Epsilon eddyNCDT 3005 eddy current displacement sensors
The Micro-Epsilon eddyNCDT 3005 eddy current sensors can measure displacement, distance, position, oscillations and vibrations at high speeds of up to 100 kHz. They provide high-precision non-contact measurements while staying wear-free in harsh environments.
The eddyNCDT 3005 consists of sensor, cable and external miniature controller. They can optionally be custom engineered for high-temperature applications up to 180°C. Due to its pressure-resistant, thermally stable and compact design, the eddyNCDT 3005 is suitable for machine integration. Controller, cable and sensor are pressure-resistant up to 10 bar. Compact, robust sensor designs and high measurement accuracy make these sensors suitable for high-volume applications and for integration into plant, equipment and machinery.
