APLEX Technology AVS-200 machine vision controller
The AVS-200 machine vision controller from APLEX Technology is powered by the Amlogic A311D processor, a Quad-core Cortex-A73 and Dual-core Cortex-A53 processor, making it suitable for machine vision applications that require high computing power.
The AVS-200 is designed with a durable aluminium heatsink and steel chassis that houses a range of interfaces, including 2 GB DDR3 system memory, 32 GB onboard eMMC storage, one SD card slot and various other I/O ports such as USB, HDMI and LAN. Its onboard ARM Mali-G52 MP6 GPU and 5.0 TOPS NPU make it capable of delivering real-time image processing.
APLEX SDK software provides complete hardware and software support and allows users to develop their own machine vision program and integrate it with camera devices.
The AVS-200 is suitable for a wide range of applications, including defect inspection, object detection, barcode scanning, positioning, sorting and object tracking. Additionally, it can be used in automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and autonomous mobile robots (AMRs).
