Advantech APAX-5090P 4-port communication module
Advantech has launched the APAX-5090P, a 4-port (RS232/422/485) communication module for its APAX-5570 programmable automation controller (PAC) series. Two APAX-5090P modules can be attached to a single APAX-5570 unit expanding the number of communication ports to eight.
The serial ports of the APAX-5090P have industrial-grade connectors with high isolation protection, making it suitable for use in mission-critical environments. It also supports a general communication port library and can be programmed using Visual C++, Microsoft .Net and KW, thereby shortening project development time and making it compatible with PC-based solutions.
