Hach ORBISPHERE M1100 luminescent dissolved oxygen sensor

The Hach ORBISPHERE M1100 luminescent dissolved oxygen sensor with the ORBISPHERE 410 controller offers an advanced way of monitoring oxygen in beer, boiler waters and deaerated water.

The fast response time of the M1100 sensor comes from a measurement frequency of two seconds. Using weekly clean in place (CIP), measurement accuracy is maintained at this frequency over a 12-month period with no calibration in brewing processes.

The M1100 sensor is designed for minimal drift, which results in it being very stable with long calibration intervals. Accurate measurement readings are essential to control low oxygen levels in beer production, to decrease unnecessary line stoppages, and to increase production uptime. For processes using daily CIP, the sensor can measure accurately for over six months without the need for any calibration or intervention.
